Happiness and has been a special topic of interest to me for years now.
Everybody defines happiness differently, and yet there is a common core to it all: Spending most of your time doing the things you love, having a sense of
belonging, being accepted for who you are and being authentic. With me as your coach, you implement a three-tiered approach to happiness:
