define happiness - live happily

What is it? How do you find it? How do you stay happy?

 

Happiness and has been a special topic of interest to me for years now.

 

Everybody defines happiness differently, and yet there is a common core to it all: Spending most of your time doing the things you love, having a sense of belonging, being accepted for who you are and being authentic. With me as your coach, you implement a three-tiered approach to happiness:

  • defining your vision of happiness
  • changing your life step by step towards that vision
  • ensuring happiness is here to stay.

My coaching contains aspects of the Zurich Resources Model (ZRM), of mindfulness and other schools of thought.
